Newsletter about Mediamixer
A new version of Mediamixer is now ready for download.
Lately the program has undergone a comprehensive
update and simplification of the basic functions.
It is especially "under
the hood" changes have taken place, but it means that program execution will be
more efficient.
The user interface look a lot like previous versions and is still very easy to use.

Flash
The video features have been renewed and is now also possible to use "Flash"
One can thus use videos from "You Tube", or games
and animations which are in the flash format.
That means the file types "SWF" and
"FLV".
Look for this icon at the toolbar  .

Animation of objects
Animation of objects can be used for design reasons.
The idea is also
that you can use it to highlight objects, so visually impaired can easily see
them.
Find feature: "Rightclick / animate"

About backgroundsound.
Ability to control the volume of background sound.
If a second sound is played, the bacgrundsound
fades up again, instead of suddenly being played at full volume.
About speechbubbles/textlabels.
It has become considerably easier to edit a speech
bubble / text label.
Simply doubbleclick on an existing text label and start editing.

Changing a projects size.
It happens that you need to change the size of your project
Maybe you want to show your project on a Smart Board or
another screen which can only display 1024x678, but you have made the project
larger.
It is now possible to change the size (with some limitations.)
It is recommended that you always save a copy of your project
before this function is used, for example by creating a package, and then use the feature
on the package instead og the original project..
You can also modify the project to be shown in a normal window
or with a colored frame.
Find function in the menu: "Settings /
Change Display Settings".

The new version of Mediamixer can be downloaded and
tried for 30 days.
If you are a licensed user of Mediamixer and your license is less than 12
month old, you are free to upgrade to the new version.
